Workplace Etiquette Campaign

It’s been proven that the behaviors of employees in the workplace have a direct correlation to the business’ operations, and concurrently, its success.

Ericsson RMEA wanted to set clear standards for behavior across their 20+ offices in the region. To support Ericsson we launched an internal campaign comprising of a video and internal branding to address various issues that were brought up during a companywide survey.

The video went viral with more than 6000 views globally in 2 months. Complaints addressed in the video were reduced by more than 80% and office behavior was streamlined across the regional successfully.
